How long does the audit take?
Typically 2-4 weeks depending on complexity and how quickly we get access to the systems we need to review.
Can this generate new revenue, or does it just cut costs?
Both. The audit looks for operational waste but also for capabilities your business has never had. Reactivating past customers, handling inbound enquiries automatically, catching revenue before it slips. Some of the highest-value opportunities aren’t about fixing what’s broken. How long until we see results?
The audit produces actionable findings in 2-4 weeks. A working prototype can be built during the audit itself. If we move to build, most systems are running within 4-8 weeks depending on scope.
